Taxes Are Voluntary, aren't They? Truth Is Treason in the Empire of Lies - Ron Paul 2012

The Internal Revenue laws of our Nation contain many tax secrets.

In this eBook, some of those tax secrets are revealed for the first time in our Nation’s history!

Other than attorneys who have read my previous eBooks on the Truth about Income Taxes in Plain English, I doubt that there is an attorney or judge in this Nation who is familiar with the true nature & character of our present income tax system.

I have spent over 35 years of research in the dusty library stacks of countless law libraries around this Country digging out the secrets of the Internal Revenue laws & procedures used by the IRS to collect income taxes. I spent over one year just trying to obtain a readable copy of the major treatises that delve into the true nature & history of our tax laws. “Upon this point, a page of history is worth a volume of logic.” New York Trust Co. v. Eisner, 256 U.S. 345, 349 (1921) (Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr., for the Court).

Herein, you will discover “tax secrets” long hidden in the pages of history that can save you years of research & may save you from prison.

Things are not always as they appear & truth is considered treason by many who place their trust & belief in the Empire of lies.

I am nearly 78 years old & in frail health. At this point in my life, I have utterly no reason to lie to you as to the truth about income taxes in plain English.

Naturally, like all men & women of a certain age, I hope to live a few more years, & in the time allotted to me, I intend to publish all I have learned in a series of Kindle eBooks so that the knowledge I have acquired may become easily available to millions of Americans in the future and, if possible, spare them from the horrors of our dreadful & fraudulent income tax system.

The information herein may seem strange to you, upon first reading it. That is precisely because the drafters of our tax laws have, in my opinion, knowingly & deliberately used as much sly poison as they could in order to hide the truth about income taxes from the American People.

Nevertheless, the drafters are also aware that the Supreme Court has set forth standards that all tax laws & procedures must meet in order to comply with the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

In a 1977 case, the Supreme Court noted that the government itself had stated that all IRS procedures are based upon the standards set forth by the Court in the first case ever issued by it concerning revenue procedures back in 1856.

In that case, the Court held that all administrative procedures used by the government to collect its revenues must be no different in principle from the procedures used by the officials of the King of England to collect his revenues when the Fifth Amendment was ratified (1791). Why? Because our Founders were accustomed to those procedures & used them within the original 13 States to collect their revenues. Therefore, when they used the term “due process,” they meant, in the case of revenue procedures, the due process with which they were familiar.

The Court cited several old treatises as the authorities on those procedures. However, those treatises are all long out of print & very difficult to come by. I did obtain copies after a year-long hunt & have read them thoroughly.

The practices of the IRS follow the English practices set-by-step. However, the IRS never calls those practices by their English names; that would give away their secrets.

In this eBook, I set forth those pages of history that you & your attorney will need to know in order to understand what you need to know to determine whether you are required to file, how to defend against a charge of willful failure to file a tax return, who is actually required to file & what defenses to use, should the IRS put you to the burden of proving your innocence to charges of failure to file.

DISCLAIMER: I am a researcher & a writer of legal history & education. I cannot give you any legal advice. Only licensed attorneys can do that. However, after you & your tax attorney read this eBook, I am certain you will find the information you need to win your case.

Donald Trump Explains Obama Care – funny but true

by  on JULY 18, 2011 in NEWS

Donald Trump

Here’s what Donald Trump had to say about Obama Care.

Let me get this straight . . . …
We’re going to be “gifted” with a health care Plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don’t,
Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people,
without adding a single new doctor,
but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents,
written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn’t understand it,
passed by a Congress that didn’t read it but exempted themselves from it,
and signed by a President who smokes,
with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn’t pay his taxes,
for which we’ll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect,
by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare,
all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese,
and financed by a country that’s broke!!!!!
What the hell could possibly go wrong?

Uncle Sam Doesn't Want You to Know that Income Taxes Are Voluntary for Most Americans

They Tell Us that Income Taxes Are Voluntary!

Review of John Benson’s:

Request for Determination of 2011 Income Tax Liability & for Redress of Grievance.

By Pat Shannan

This ploy of asking the IRS Commissioner (for a determination of tax liability) is brilliant and cuts to the guts of the enemy hierarchy.

“Sun Tzu, Jr.” was prudent in declining the publishing offer for the obvious reason of preserving his own anonymity but also because the article portrays the life-gained wisdom of octogenarian John Benson, who then creates what has to be one of the best pre-publishing book promotions ever in the history of publishing world.

Author Benson very modestly lauds Tzu “Junior” for his insight and gentlemanly attack (always allow your adversary an escape route), but Benson’s own knifing through the IRS legalese with such elementary explanations makes for an easy grasp of the facts for even the greenest of neophytes. I give this work five stars!

Request for Determination of 2011 Income Tax Liability & for Redress of Grievance is a roadmap for anyone who feels deceived by IRS gobbelygook.

4.0 out of 5 stars Reply to John Benson, April 7, 2012 By Jeff Flanagan (East Quogue, New York United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: Petition to IRS Chief Counsel: What Is My 2011 Income Tax Liability? (Kindle Edition)

When it comes to exposing the fraud of the IRS, in my case you are preaching to the choir. I have long been aware that the Tax Code contains flaws and willful deception that was gradually imposed on the US population. The following quote on page 20 got my attention as I think it more closely describes the means of imposing this fraud.

“It has been well and truly said that laws are not always
promulgated for the benefit of the People. In Japan, for instance,
down to the year 1870, laws were addressed only to the officials
whose duty it would be to administer them in accordance with the
Chinese maxim `let the people abide by, but not be appraised of, the
law.’ N. Hozumi on the New Japanese Civil Code 1904.”
Holland, Jurisprudence, p. 40, n. 2 Tenth Edition (1908).

I would say that laws are rarely, if ever, promulgated for the benefit of the People, but instead are only made to appear so. The following allegory comes from one of my teachers, and when I first read it 40 years ago I thought it farfetched and extremely pessimistic. Now I consider it very accurate.

“There is an Eastern tale that speaks about a very rich magician who had a great many sheep. But at the same time this magician was very mean. He did not want to hire shepherds, nor did he want to erect a fence about the pasture where the sheep were grazing. The sheep consequently often wandered into the forest, fell into ravines and so on and, above all, they ran away, for they knew that the magician wanted their flesh and their skins, and this they did not like.

At last, the magician found a remedy. He hypnotized his sheep and suggested to them, first of all, that they were immortal and that no harm was being done to them when they were skinned; that on the contrary, it would be very good for them and even pleasant; secondly, he suggested that the magician was a good master who loved his flock so much that he was ready to do anything in the world for them; and in the third place, he suggested that if anything at all was going to happen to them, it was not going to happen just then, at any rate not that day, and therefore they had no need to think about it. Further, the magician suggested to his sheep that they were not sheep at all; to some of them he suggested that they were lions, to some that they were eagles, to some that they were men, to others that they were magicians.

After this, all his cares and worries about the sheep came to an end. They never ran away again, but quietly waited the time when the magician would require their flesh and skins.

This tale is a very good illustration of man’s position.”

G I Gurdjieff, quoted by P D Ouspensky in his book, In Search of the Miraculous, 1949

It is my understanding that behind its benevolent façade, which is rapidly crumbling in my view, the US Federal Government regards all US Citizens as its subjects, property, assets, i.e. slaves. So called laws, codes, regulations and policies serve to hypnotize the general public and empower the enforcement agents and it is by addressing those agents, such as Joe Bannister and Sherry Peel Jackson, who are human beings with a functioning conscience and the power of independent thought, that your message, John, will be most effective. Documents such as that written by Sun Tzu Jr., and sent into the heart of the beast, may hit that target. Still I think Sun Tzu Jr. places himself at great personal risk for as I said, the gloves are coming off, and the government is not even pretending anymore to serve the People. As I understand it, with the most recent NDAA, the government authorizes itself to disappear anyone that displeases it. There is no more pretense of adhering to the Constitution, which never applied to US Citizens anyway.

It would also appear that not all the “Founding Fathers” were true supporters of a free and sovereign people. When the “Crown” realized that open political control of the American colonies would be lost, they sought to maintain control by covert means in the new US government and through the financial system. In the present day we can see how successful the Crown has been. The American people never really obtained independence; this is simply a myth that helps to maintain our state of hypnosis.

John, you are a true and courageous warrior who strives to defend the People at great personal cost, and I deeply appreciate your service on our behalf. You of all people know that the Federal government disregards its own laws and procedures when it deems necessary, so I hope I can follow Sun Tzu Jr.’s story as it unfolds.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Read, April 6, 2012 By Auto Smith - See all my reviews This review is from: Petition to IRS Chief Counsel: What Is My 2011 Income Tax Liability? (Kindle Edition)

The author of this book addresses a thirty-five point letter to the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. That letter gently puts the IRS into a box that it cannot get out of. By simply using the Internal Revenue Code and it’s regulations, and the rulings in a couple of key U.S. Supreme Court cases regarding “Due Process of Law”, the author proves once and for all, to me, why the government tells everyone that “our tax system is based upon voluntary assessment and not upon distraint”.

In the second part of this book, the author goes on to explain to the reader the significance of every paragraph in the letter to the IRS Chief Counsel.

I have studied the U.S. tax laws on and off for about the last 21 yrs., and I have never seen a more powerful letter. If you want to know once and for all whether filing a 1040 tax return is voluntary or not, you must read this book. There will be no doubt once you read it.

I am sure that the IRS does not want too many people to know this information.

Description of the eBook: (by John Benson)

Very seldom does a student come up with something I have not thought about in my 35+ years of research. However, a few days ago, I received an email with an attached document that one of my students from over 20 years ago had drafted for my review.

The title: Request for Determination of 2011 Income Tax Liability & for Redress of Grievance.

This actual document sent to the IRS Chief Counsel is only 4 ½ pages long, but more fully sets forth what I have been teaching, in shorthand, than anything I have ever come across in all my years of research. It is the CliffsNotes version of my eBook, Taxation by Misrepresentation, the Truth about Income Taxes in Plain English.

While I do not believe that reading this powerful document is a substitute for reading my more extensive eBook, I believe that it is an extraordinary example of what fertile minds can do with my research, once they are informed of the true nature of income taxes.

I have known this particular student for over 20 years and gave him my permission to use my research in any way he chose to and advised him to publish the document himself.

He declined and said that, since it was all based upon his understanding of my research, I should publish it under my name and declined to take any credit for his brilliant encapsulation of my ideas.

I cannot tell you how powerful this document is, how concise and very much to the point it is in every respect.

He filed it with the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC, and with the Internal Revenue Service offices here, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I have edited it only for privacy and added paragraph numbers. The language is unchanged!

Watch closely as this modern Sun Tzu shreds the strategies and defenses of the Internal Revenue Service.

Purposes Behind This Document

The very best way to understand the purposes behind this document is to go through each paragraph and attempt to understand why he wrote what he did.

The author of this document is a keen student of Sun Tzu, the Great Chinese General who is credited with writing The Art of War.

Among Sun Tzu’s many great quotes are these:

  • All men can see these tactics whereby I conquer, but what none can see is the strategy out of which victory is evolved.
  • All war is based on deception.
  • The general who advances without coveting fame and retreats without fearing disgrace, whose only thought is to protect his country and do good service for his sovereign, is the jewel of the kingdom.
  • The general who wins the battle makes many calculations in his temple before the battle is fought. The general who loses makes but few calculations beforehand.
  • Thus, what is of supreme importance in war is to attack the enemy’s strategy.

Sun Tzu Quotes – BrainyQuote (03/29/12).

  • Build your opponent a golden bridge to retreat across. (03/29/12).

Essentially, this document poses a no-win situation for the IRS Chief Counsel. It attack’s the IRS with its own laws, regulations, and practices, with its own “strategies,” as Sun Tzu would say. However, it also creates a golden bridge over which the Chief Counsel can retreat without loss of face.

If you understand the purposes behind this document, you will have understood the structure of the Internal Revenue Code and the regulations better than any judge or tax attorney I have met during my 35+ years of research into our tax laws. That is why I take a step-by-step approach to explain this amazing document.  The eBook is only 24 pages long, is easy to read, and explains each paragraph of Sun Tzu, Jr.’s actual Petition to the IRS Chief Counsel.

I repeat: Watch closely as this modern Sun Tzu shreds the strategies of the IRS.

DISCLAIMER: I am not an attorney, do not offer this book as legal advice, & urge all readers to file the usual tax returns and pay the usual taxes that the IRS & the courts appear to require. I believe education & political action are the proper means by which to bring about real changes for the better in our current tax system. However, this book will demonstrate beyond any reasonable doubt that real changes are required.
